Such a fantastic class! Duncan was a brilliant instructor who delivered a class that was the perfect mix of fun and challenging. Super friendly group and down to earth trainer who has been local in Putney (Wandsworth Park) for 11 years. He also stayed after for a chat without rushing me off which I thought was a really nice touch. 

I have been out of boot camp sessions for 5+ years, which I said pre-class, so I was pushed but eased in. Started with cardio to get the lungs gasping, then sets in a circuit rotating between arms and legs and finishing on the abs and hammies. 24 hours later, and I have suitable muscle aches and pains. 

Signed up and looking forward to training more with the group.
